We arrived on the day of a Muslim festival (Muharram, also called Ashura), and had the chance to follow the procession, with the men coming first, followed by women and young children. We left starry-eyed and the feeling of having experienced a unique moment!
The road is the best way to discover India, no matter the time it takes or the crazy way people are driving. We felt like asking to stop every five unites to take pictures!
